If you want to find her in her free time, you’ll have to look to the skies when she’s flying a single engine aircraft, playing a round of golf, casting a fly rod wherever there’s trout, SCUBA diving for lobsters, jumping into spontaneous street-salsa competitions, running half marathons, racing down a mountainside in search of perfect powder, hitting the boxing ring, or seated at a World Series of Poker table. That is, when she’s not relentlessly in pursuit of the ultimate taco al pastor.
